Conditions and Cancellations

1. Fees includes all conference sessions, morning tea, lunch, participant pack and post conference drinks and nibbles.

2. Registrations cannot be accepted without payment or purchase order.

3. The program is subject to change without notice.

4. Numbers in some workshops may be limited. Allocation will be in order of receipt of payment.

5. All registrations received by the due date will be acknowledged by email (preferred), fax or post.

6. Cancellations on or prior to April 18, 2016 will incur an administration fee of $22 (including GST). After April 18, 2016, a cancellation fee of $55 (including GST) will apply.

8. Payment must be received prior to attending the conference.
